Thank you for your openness to support my learning journey. By checking this box and submitting this form you are agreeing to receive a Somatic Intuitive Healing™ treatment from Jewel Mlnarik. 

Sessions involve touch, talk, and are offered on a massage table fully clothed or in an open space. You are encouraged to be empowered in consenting to receive treatment. If at any time during the course of the treatment, you would like to change or stop, your practitioner is available to discuss changing treatment options or stopping altogether.

Training information: Somatic Intuitive Healing Certification Program is a 300 hour somatic therapy training and certification. This modality blends somatic therapy practices, craniosacral therapy, energy healing, and yoga therapy. The techniques used in this practicum are techniques that have been taught in the Somatic Intuitive Healing certification program and are being practiced for the purpose of receiving certification from The Center Of Somatic Intuitive Healing in Portland, Oregon.
